When Ordinary Becomes Extraordinary

Artist Pascal Anson plays the role of a magician by modifying an ordinary and mundane chair into an extraordinary sculpture that “alters our understanding of time and changes our experience of space.”
Through three very precise cuts, a chair is made to stand on either four legs, two legs and even one leg. It’s a magical moment with a deep message that transcends design in view of artistic expression.
