Registration Information
Registration for Magic-Con will be limited and we do expect it to fill up fast. The reason we’re keeping the conference small is to provide an intimate feel throughout and allow everyone to hopefully get to know each other on a personal level. Many of the events at Magic-Con will require everyone’s participation too, which would be a near impossible task if registration was unlimited.
Registration for Magic-Con 2010 is $299*. This price includes all events such as, lectures, workshops, presentations, interviews, discussions, interactive sessions, inspiration talks as well as performances. This price does not include hotel accommodation. We have set up a special discounted rate at the Hilton Bayfront for Magic-Con registrants.
Information on how to reserve your room at this rate will be included in your registration confirmation email.
To kick off registration for Magic-Con we have a couple really exciting promotions. If you listened to our first podcast, then you might already know about these. However, here are the details:
*Registration for the first 100 people will be only $199. Once 100 registrations have been sold, registration with then go up to $299. We expect these first 100 to go very fast, so please, if you’d like to be among the first to know when registration goes live, it would be a good idea to follow us on Twitter or subscribe to our Newsletter.
Out of the first 200 people to register, 11 will be randomly selected for VIP treatment. The selected 11 will receive a special VIP badge that will gain them access into an exclusive after party for conference organizers, sponsors and presenters only. They will also be invited to a private luncheon with one or more of the presenters.
